The ReinovaS.i. project focused on the design of a new consulting model in the area of circular economy, adapted to SMEs in the agri-food sector, in order to accelerate the transition of the sector to Circular Economy practices. This document aims to share the best practices of the project regarding the collaborative model, skills of the project partners, phases of the consulting model, as well as the lessons learnt from the application of the methodology.
