On March 7th 2022, in Badajoz, took place the closing session of the Reinova_SI project at the Centro Tecnológico Nacional Agroalimentario – CTAEX. The opening session was held by José Luis Llerena, Director of CTAEX. The occasion was marked by the institutional interventions of Rosa Balas, General Director of External Action of the Regional Government of Extremadura, and Sofia Rosa, project manager of the Joint Secretariat of the INTERREG Spain-Portugal Program (POCTEP). The main objectives and results achieved by the Reinova_SI project were presented by Ph.D. Maria Eduarda Fernandes, project coordinator and professor at the Polytechnic of Leiria. Some details of the action plans followed by Reinova_SI in Spain were also presented by Laura Moreno, from CTAEX. Finally, Eva García-Galán Díez shared the experience of the company Dehesa San Salvador as an example of a successful case as a Reinova_SI beneficiary.
The main objective of this meeting was the official closing of the project and the presentation of the main results obtained through the development of the activities proposed under Reinova_Si.
